Unfortunately, no refunds can be made at this time. However we do accept exchanges.
ALL EXCHANGE ITEMS MUST BE RETURNED WITHIN 14 DAYS. AFTER 14 DAYS, NO EXCHANGES CAN BE MADE… NO EXCEPTIONS.

If there is a problem with your order upon arrival, please email us at farmgirlragz@gmail.com within 72 hours of delivery.
Customer is responsible for return shipping unless a shipping mistake has been made on our end.
Farm Girl Ragz is not responsible for lost, stolen, or missing packages marked “DELIVERED” by carrier. In this case, you will need to contact carrier.
